Win32s

A subset of Win32 API provided under 32-bit support in 16-bit Windows (version 3.x). This support (generally named as Win32s) is not a default part of 16-bit Windows, it must be installed subsequently. To run under Win32s subsystem the current version of the SPLOT program requires at least a version 1.30 of Win32s.
