Watch mode

In this mode SPLOT continually watches for changes in a selected file folder (directory) and processes automatically the changed or new plot files. This mode is a part of the batch function and it can be used for the Print, Export and Send to operations. Because this mode is a continuous process (running until user break), it is recommended to run it as standalone process (i.e. as standalone batch task).

The Watch mode is established either in the batch setup dialog as a special input type, or by Watch parameter in a batch configuration file (in a standalone batch task).

The Watch mode process can be affected by several options.
